1. About these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of pharmacbdstore.com and purchases through the website. The store is operated by Pharma Medical and Wellness LLC under the PharmaCBD store brand (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order or otherwise agreeing to these terms, you agree to follow them. If you do not agree, do not place an order.
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the website. It is available at Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility and permitted destinations
You must be at least 21 years old to use this website or purchase our products. This is our store policy. You must also be legally eligible to buy the products under the laws applicable to you and your delivery address. Do not order for anyone under 21 or anyone otherwise ineligible.
We ship only within the United States and only to destinations supported by our current checkout settings. Availability may be restricted by destination and product; not every U.S. address is supported.
3. Product information and safe use
Read each product’s label, ingredients, directions, warnings, and available Certificate of Analysis before use. Product descriptions and website information do not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Consult your healthcare professional about health concerns and potential interactions before using a product.
Product statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Individual experiences can vary; we do not promise a particular health outcome.
4. Orders, prices, and payment
Review your selected products, quantities, purchase type, delivery details, and total before submitting an order. Keep your billing and contact information accurate and use only payment methods you are authorized to use.
5. Shipping and delivery
Shipping costs are shown at purchase. We aim to ship orders by the next business day; this is not a guaranteed dispatch or delivery deadline. Holidays, weather and carrier delays may affect timing.
Standard shipping is $7.50, using the checkout option labeled USPS Priority Mail. Free shipping is available for qualifying orders of $59 or more, calculated before coupon discounts. Shipping is subject to the destination restrictions in section 2.
Contact customer service using section 11 if you need help with a delivery. Include your order number; do not include full payment-card details.
6. Returns, refunds, and order cancellation
Returns are limited to unopened products. Eligible CBD products must also be unused; unopened condition alone does not establish that every product category is returnable. To request a return, you must contact the store within 10 days after receiving your order. Opened products and products consumed in whole or in part are not eligible for a refund. We do not offer a satisfaction or results-based money-back guarantee; individual responses to CBD vary. This policy covers purchases made through PharmaCBD, not purchases from other retailers.
Inspect your shipment on arrival. If it is damaged, contact customer service with details so we can help with a refund or replacement. For return or refund requests, use the customer-service contact in section 11. Contact us before mailing a return to arrange approval and a return label. For approved returns, we provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you. We do not charge a restocking fee. An order number or receipt is sufficient to identify your purchase. If you do not have either, contact us; we can usually locate the purchase in our system.
We process approved refunds promptly after receiving and inspecting the return; your bank may take additional time to post the credit. Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.

7. Optional subscriptions
Some products offer a one-time purchase or a subscription with repeated deliveries. Choose the purchase type and delivery interval carefully and review the recurring price before ordering.
You can cancel a subscription at any time before the next renewal charge through your customer account or by contacting the store at orders@pharmacbdstore.com or 843-491-3328. If a subscription renewal has already been charged but has not yet shipped, you may cancel that renewal order for a refund. Contact the store to request this.
For automatic renewals, your payment method is charged the subscription product price plus applicable shipping and tax at the interval you choose. Manual renewal is also available: if you choose that option, renewal payment is made manually rather than automatically charged. We notify customers of subscription price changes by email or phone.
8. Accounts and website use
If you create an account, keep your login information confidential and contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. Do not use the website for fraud, unlawful activity, interference with its operation, or unauthorized access to another person’s account or information.
The website’s text, images, logos, and other content belong to their respective owners. You may use the website to learn about and purchase products. Other use of protected material requires permission from the relevant owner or a right provided by law.
9. Other websites and your legal rights
Links to other websites are provided for convenience. Their operators control their own content, terms, and privacy practices.
Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or takes away a consumer right that applicable law protects.
10. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version and its last-updated date. An update does not retroactively change an earlier order’s agreed terms. Changes to an existing subscription must follow applicable law and the subscription terms agreed with that customer.
